  I'd give this business zero stars if that was actually possible. I should have known better to proceed with the booking after they displayed incorrect rates on the Stayz website, and the consequent communications via email were short and rude. But, benefit of the doubt, we went through with it and then had the following experiences:
  1. Bond removed from our bank account without authorisation after being specifically, clearly told on the phone when I enquired that the bond would only be withdrawn in the event of damage being incurred to the property.
  2. Attempted to charge me $750.00 in bond for a booking worth $300, and only reduced the bond amount upon my pointing it out. I'm sure they would have been all too happy to take the full amount.
  3. Although they mention nothing about the bond in their email and have inconsistent, unprofessional terms and conditions available about the rentals they manage, they took a total of 7 days to refund the bond after I was repeatedly told over the phone and via email that it would take 1-2 days for the funds to be released.
  4. Extremely poor, unprofessional and hostile customer service from Trinette. Shocking, absolutely shocking.
  
  Not only would I never hire a property through this company again (which is a shame, as the apartment we leased was neat, tidy and close to the beach), but I would never recommend anyone using this company to lease their holiday rental.
